Kakiage - Jap Vege Tempura

Makes about 15 pieces

1/4 Yam (Shredded)
1/2 Brown Onion (Sliced and peel to get strips)
1/2 Carrot (Shredded)
2 Tbsp Tempura powder
1 Tbsp Cold Water

1) Mix the tempura powder with cold water to form a light batter.
2) Heat a pan for deep frying.
3) Coat the vegatables with batter and bring to fry till golden brown.
4) Serve hot with japanese sweet sauce.
